Where We Ship

Papi Ranch delivers fresh, never frozen steaks throughout the continental United States. 

We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or the Northern Mariana Islands. 

International orders can face unpredictable customs delays that make it impossible to guarantee our steaks arrive fresh — so we don't ship internationally either.

Delivery Schedule

Papi Ranch delivers Tuesday through Friday, shipping every steak fresh, never frozen, to preserve the flavor, tenderness, and juiciness of every cut.

  • Order Monday → Ships Wednesday → Delivers Thursday

  • Order Tuesday → Ships Thursday → Delivers Friday

  • Order Wednesday–Saturday → Ships Monday → Delivers Tuesday
  • Order Sunday → Ships Tuesday → Delivers Wednesday

Cut-off time is 11:59 p.m. ET.

HOLIDAY DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Planning a holiday meal? Please note that our regular delivery schedule changes around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

  • Thanksgiving: Tuesday, November 24 is our only delivery day during Thanksgiving week (November 23–29).

  • Christmas: Tuesday, December 22 is our last delivery day before Christmas. Deliveries resume Tuesday, December 29.

  • New Year's: Tuesday, December 29 is our last delivery day before New Year's Day. Deliveries resume Tuesday, January 5.

You can select your preferred available delivery date at checkout, up to one month in advance.

How We Pack

Every Papi Ranch order is packed to keep your steaks cold and fresh for at least 48 hours in transit. Steaks are hand-cut, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in an insulated liner with gel packs to keep everything cold and protected on its journey to your door.

Carrier and Delays

Papi Ranch ships via UPS. While carrier delays are rare, they can happen. We're not responsible for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. If your order arrives one day late but is still cold to the touch, it's safe to enjoy. If your order arrives warm or in poor condition, please reach out to support@papiranch.com — we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for more.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is a flat $39.99 per order. 

Gift Deliveries

If you're sending a Papi Ranch order as a gift, please let the recipient know to expect a perishable delivery. Our packaging is designed to keep your order cold in transit, but we can't be responsible for packages left unattended or deliveries that can't be completed because no one is available to receive them.
