Friends came over for steak. Then their friends came. Then the barbecues got a reputation, and we decided to stop pretending it was just dinner. 

In 2019, we opened Papi Steak in Miami Beach. A few years later we brought it to the Strip at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

Somewhere along the way a 55-ounce wagyu tomahawk became the star of the show, showing up in a briefcase, and nobody has looked at a steak the same way since.

And now, Papi Ranch.
